Island Hopping Terms and Conditions Greecetours.com.
Prices are per person in sharing double or twin standard rooms. Breakfast is included at hotels.
Packages include ferry tickets between the islands with a speed ferry, and economy class unless otherwise mentioned in the package or offered upon request.
All prices are in euros, including taxes and are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Islands may be visited in a different order depending on the arrival point of travellers, the availability of the hotels and the ferry connections
Ferry or air tickets to/from the first/final island and the traveller’s home country, the point of entry in Greece etc. are not included in any package. we can add these at extra cost upon your request
Package types are based on the category 3*4*5* of the hotels that are offered, according to Seretis Travel/Greecetours.com evaluation.
Prices are based on the amenities offered, the quality of services, and the location and surroundings of the hotel accommodation.
Standard accommodation – 2 s * and 3* hotels and high-quality holiday studios and apartments that offer additional amenities like a swimming pool, reception and other public area services.
First class accommodation – 4* hotels and 3s* boutique hotels that offer full hotel services,
Superior class accommodation – 5* hotels.
Greecetours operates as an intermediary and is not responsible for the services rendered by individual providers. However, the agency provides any possible immediate assistance and support if needed.
Complaints concerning services rendered should be made the same day during clients’ stay so that appropriate and immediate action is taken.
Hotel names are provided with quotations and finalized with the confirmation of the actual booking
(valid bookings are considered those where that downpayment of 50% has been realized).
Cancellation requests are only accepted in written form.
The cancellation policy mentioned with our quotation and agreed on our written confirmation and accepted by you with your payment.
In all other cases, cancellation follows the below general rules.
In case of cancellation up to 61 days before arrival an administrative fee of euro 20% will be applied
In case of cancellation, 60 days to 31 days before arrival cancellation fee of up to 50% will be applied
In case of cancellation, 30 days before arrival up to arrival for first service and no-shows, cancellation fees of up to 100% will be applied
Services that are booked with special discount offers are non-refundable, therefore 100% cancellation fee applies from the date the booking is made.
Terms and conditions and cancellation policies applied to specific bookings and stipulated in writing upon receiving a proposal overpower the general terms and cancellation policies.
We suggest to all our clients to cover with their travel insurance ( issued in their home country ).
